Mission
Our mission is building a stronger community together through courageous conversations and servant leadership. CCR facilitates two programs per year, Feb-Apr (Courageous Conversations Rockdale Youth – CCR-Y) and Sept-Dec (Courageous Conversations Rockdale Adults – CCR-A). Our curriculum is designed to champion a safe place for educating and equipping Courageous Leaders.
VISION STATEMENT
Courageous Conversations Rockdale (CCR) is a group of educators, corporate professionals, civic, and community leaders assembled to encourage OPEN, HONEST ENGAGEMENTS concerning racial equity.
Despite our differences we became O.N.E. by embracing and promoting our diversity, following the biblical example of Christ.
CCR / O.N.E COMMITMENT
CCR/O.N.E. is committed to sparking substantive, courageous conversations on cultural awareness and diversity, and the role it plays in our interactions within the workplace, our schools, and all facets of the community. The goal of these conversations is to ultimately develop real action items leading to change signifying unity and equity amongst us all.
